PS: Nice to read your recent reply here Pam, to my review from many years ago. I'm sorry that we haven't kept in touch more over the years (I did email you once or twice, no reply) but hopefully all is well with you. We are just in the process of moving, leaving BC this time. All the best! Geraldine........................................Pam Allen was our (my elderly mom and I) realtor, when we were sharing a house and needed to get the sale completed quickly and professionally. On all counts, Pam exceeded my expectations in a big way! 😊Not only is she a stellar real estate agent, she is also a personable and empathetic person, showing kindness and understanding toward me and to my mom too. That counted for so much.It was a VERY trying time personally when this sale was in progress, lots of stress otherwise...I needed a real estate professional who would go "above and beyond" and in turn, " lighten my load". Pam certainly came through in that regard.I also appreciated her " no rush" attitude, explaining everything along the way to our complete satisfaction. Not once did I feel like she was in a hurry to get to her next appointment etc...in spite of the fact that I knew she was always very busy, with lots of clients.I have known many real estate agents through the years, including several in our own family. I have never known anyone I would recommend more highly than Pam Allen. 😊

Pam is a delight to work with. She always made herself available to answer any questions and concerns throughout the sale process. She is extremely knowledgeable, sincere and professional. Pam is proactive in providing weekly updates while doing showings and open house. She offered valuable advice and strategies, which helped us adjust to the changing housing market. We were able to sell even though the challenging market and time on the market was stressful. Pam was always positive and made the entire process manageable for our family. We highly recommend Pam!

Pam was very professional and patient with me as a first time home buyer. It took some time to find the right place in a difficult market, and I felt that she really listened to my wants and needs, answered my many questions, and gave good advice without pushing me into anything. Pam really came through for us! My mom was looking to move to Vancouver from the east coast and we had been browsing online listings. One day we saw a perfect condo in beautiful Fairview posted on MLS and without having any realtor, reached out to Pam. She set us up with a viewing within days and we placed an offer the next week. Pam suggested we make an offer that we weren't sure would keep us in the game. However hours after all offers came in we won without having the highest bid! On our first offer! Needless to say, in an impossible housing market Pam was the girl we wanted on our side. Could not recommend enough. Now the sale is complete and we are excited for my mom to move to Vancouver in September 2021!

We met Pam when viewing one of her listings. She was very friendly and prompt, and we decided to use her as our agent while searching for a new home. Although widely considered Vancouver’s leading Fairview realty specialist, Pam was excellent in helping us purchase a Mount Pleasant condo recently. Great knowledge of the market, deep industry connections, and helpful in working out the inevitable last minute questions as we approached completion.
