My Values

As an independent agent, I have built my reputation on the principles of honesty, integrity and patience. Highly regarded within the Vancouver Real Estate community for my respectful and successful dealings; I am savvy and adaptive – characteristics that allow me to resolve a multitude of complex situations. I am also very fortunate to be a part of a global company, comprised of the most professional agents in the industry. Admired by colleagues for my professionalism in every negotiation; I make it a priority to maintain the dignity and integrity of myself, my clients, and the individuals on the other side of the sale. My clients trust my counsel. If I don’t believe a property is a wise investment, or well-suited to my client’s needs, I always advise them to be patient and continue their search. When representing a client selling a property, I ensure that they fully understand the current market conditions and what must be done to obtain a fair market price. Direct and honest in conveying my feedback; If I believe minor updates are needed to enhance the value, I will advise you on what will be required prior to listing your property.

My Back Story

Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan instilled in me the qualities of a ‘prairie person’, which I’m happy to have maintained over the decades since my relocation to Vancouver. Meaning that I exhibit balance, loyalty, honesty, trustworthiness, positivity and kindness.

As an ethical and compassionate person, I am always eager to go above and beyond – exemplified by my commitment and passion for my Vlog Series ‘Pam’s Picks – Vancouver’s Best Kept Secrets’. A project that I fund, which provides me the opportunity to support local businesses; as well as offer my clients connections and resources to their new community.

My clients enrich my life both personally and professionally, many becoming lifelong friends, whether it is at the gym, walking “Dino” or a wine tasting event, my beliefs create authentic connections and relationships that continue to repeat when they are buying or selling.

Credentials

I obtained my real estate license in August of 1981 and I absolutely love what I do, and it is my passion. I live for the thrill of assisting buyers to move into their ‘dream home’ and the excitement of assisting sellers move forward with letting go of a very important part of their history.

I studied business administration at the University of Regina before attending the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. I also hold the following designations:
